CCI Testing Services

Feasibility Studies - Experimental feasibility studies are the initial step to evaluate and determine the best inspection technology and test method for a specific application. Studies are backed by extensive reporting and test result data.

Test Method Development Support - Our test method testing services provide documentation and testing, including advanced initial recipe creation, container qualification and system suitability testing services.

Stability Testing - Testing service to ensure products are maintaining container closure integrity prior to stability or continued testing during the stability period.

Recall & Batch Release Testing - This testing service is intended for recalled products, products that are on hold and products for batch release.

Helium Testing Services - Testing can be in support of R & D work, component/material selection, packaging equipment qualification, and on-going quality monitoring. Helium services include:

  • Cold Storage Testing -0°C to -160°C
  • Helium pre-filled & 100% Helium Flow Method
  • All testing in accordance with USP 1207
  • Parenteral formats, Blister card & pouch/sachets, and many industrial applications
  • Package validation testing/Component selection/Stability Sample testing/R & D studies

All leak testing is performed in a non-GMP environment.

Le nostre tecnologie escludono la soggettività dai test sulle confezioni e utilizzano metodi di prova conformi agli standard ASTM. Le tecnologie di ispezione di PTI sono metodi di prova deterministici che producono dati quantitativi sui risultati dei test. Siamo specializzati nell'offrire una soluzione completa, compreso lo sviluppo del metodo di prova e la convalida dell'apparecchiatura.
